      Hi,
We are experiencing some problems while paring the control hub. The wifi connection and heartbeat is normal but there is “no voltage sensor” on the tablet. And we can not add and change the robot configuration. There are no selectable menus appear. We tried to reset the control hub following the manual but failed. The problem continues.

      No Battery Votage
      Can't find configue menus

Note for others reading this: Embedded images from sms.ms don’t work on the forum. Here are the direct links to the images posted:

      hexugo,

To confirm, you have this problem even after restarting the robot (just unplug and plug in the battery), correct?

Does your Driver Station display a message saying “Resetting access point to default name and password” when the Control Hub turns on?

Does the light on the Control Hub stay blue, or does it turn green and blink blue occasionally?

      Thanks.

hexugo, it would also help to see the Control Hub’s Robot Controller Logs. Please connect to the Hub’s Program and Manage web interface, navigate to the Manage tab, and click the Download Logs button. You can share the text file using a site like gist.github.com or pastebin.com.

      Thanks for reply.

Yes, the problem is still there after I unplug the battery. And the light just stays blue. I will check out if there is the message about resetting AP default and upload the log later.

We also had this issue. We discovered it was a fault of the programming. Since our team uses on AndroidStudio instead of OnBotJava we were working with the wrong version of the code. Upgrading our version from 4.3v to 5.0v solved our issue. We discovered this was our issue when looking in the About page in the Driver station app. It stated that a version of 5.0 or greater was required to run on the Control Hub. Here is a link to the repo https://github.com/FIRST-Tech-Challenge/SkyStone Hope this helps.

@p3km It is never allowed to use FTC software or old FIRST Global software in the FIRST Global competition. A FIRST Global Android Studio project has not been provided for 2019, so teams are not allowed to use Android Studio this year. Contact support@first.global if you need help restoring your Control Hub and Fire Tablet to the software that they came with.

Even if it was allowed to use the FTC software, only the FIRST Global software will be able to recognize the Vuforia target used in the FIRST Global game.

Finally, teams should reference the provided FIRST Global documentation, not FTC documentation. There are differences.
